Shipping costs can be viewed on the checkout page, after you have added your products to your cart.

Orders are processed by our logistics in 1 to 2 working days from the date of their receipt on the system.

Delivery is usually within 4-6 business days from the time the order is placed with the carrier, except for remote areas where delivery may take an additional day.

The products are delivered by indicated carrier from Monday to Friday during office hours.

We remind you that shipments and deliveries cannot be made on weekends and public holidays.

During holiday periods, shipments may take longer.

We suggest that you always choose an address where someone can pick up your order. If you prefer to receive your order in an office or at a concierge, please also indicate the name of the person to contact.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to collect the goods or try to make 2 new delivery attempts.

We always advise you to track the status of your shipment with the tracking code that will be communicated to you by email when the package is shipped, you can check the status of your order at any time!

Enter the order number (the number you will find in the confirmation email), name and billing email address or postal code to receive updates on the status of your order.

At the time of product delivery, we always recommend that you check:

that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document;

that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strips).

What should I do if my package is damaged or there are items missing inside?

We ensure that you receive an intact package with all purchased items. If this does not happen, we ask that you help us by sending photos of the damaged package to our Customer Service.

In the event of missing articles, please write to our Customer Service briefly specifying the exact articles concerned.

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

Our couriers do their best to ensure that you receive your order on time and, more importantly, intact. Despite the attention, however, we cannot exclude the possibility of exceptions.

If you understand from the tracking number that there is a problem with the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly for more information.
